The Agency for Mobility and EU Programmes (hereinafter: the Agency) processes the personal data of website visitors in accordance with the Cookie Policy. Apart from cookies, as a general rule the Agency does not process other personal data of website visitors. In cases where the personal data of website visitors are collected through online registration forms or by other means, data subjects are separately informed about the processing of personal data.

The General Notice on the Processing of Personal Data contains information on the processing of personal data of data subjects in cases where the Agency acts as a data controller.

The General Notice on the Processing of Personal Data includes information on the categories of data subjects and the types of personal data processed by the Agency, information on the purposes of processing and the legal bases for processing, on the rights of data subjects, and other information that the Agency is required to provide in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
